Greek Independence Day 2010 Celebration a fundraising event for Haiti


How many of you know that Haiti was the first country that recognized the Greek independence in 1822?
Santa Barbara AHEPA Chapter 243, celebrating the Greek Independence day this year will host their annual event as a fundraiser for Haiti.
The AHEPA Greek Independence Day celebration will take place on Sunday, March 21st 2010 and all the money raised will be used to assist the almost 3000000 people affected by this tremendous earthquake that struck Haiti. More details about the event will be released soon.
