AHEPA Family Annual Excursion
to Constantinople, Greece & Cyprus
April 1-15, 2010

Nicholas A. Karacostas cordially invites the entire
AHEPA Family to attend the annual AHEPA excursion.
This year the AHEPA will embark on a historic journey to visit the Patriarchate in Constantinople to celebrate Easter with His All Holiness at the Phanar. Join the Supreme President as the excursion makes its way from Constantinople to Thessaloniki, then to Cyprus and eventually to Athens.

The trip itinerary is as follows:

April 1, 2010 - Depart JFK for a non-stop flight to Constantinople
April 2, 2010 - Arrive in Constantinople and check in for a 3 night stay in a deluxe Hilton Hotel
April 2-5, 2010 - Tour Constantinople, attending Easter services at the Phanar
April 5, 2010 - Depart Constantinople for Thessaloniki
April 5, 2010 - Arrive in Thessaloniki - check in for a 3-night stay at the deluxe Macedonian Palace Hotel
April 5-8, 2010 - Official tour the AHEPA Hospital and visits with various dignitaries
April 8, 2010 - Depart Thessaloniki for Cyprus
April 8, 2010 - Arrive in Nicosia and check into the Cyprus Hilton for a deluxe 3-night stay
April 8-11, 2010 - Enjoy special historic area tours, and visit with government dignitaries
April 11, 2010 - Depart Cyprus for Athens
April 11, 2010 - Arrive in Athens and check into the Grand Bretagne Hotel for a 4-night super deluxe stay
April 11-14, 2010 - Tour Athens in style, with special tours and visits with government dignitaries

All accommodations are prices as double double (2 persons per room) and include all transfers, breakfast daily, round trip airfare from New York and all taxes.

Prices: $3,999 per person based on double occupancy. $5,395 based on single occupancy. All prices are inclusive and discounted for AHEPA. Additional add on fares can be added if individuals choose to change dates and times. Official delegation will be limited to 40 people maximum, and all deposits are NON Refundable. $500 deposit required by February 1, 2010, final payment due March 1, 2010. Land only package available.
