Only Black and White Glossy Photo may
be included without extra charge in
Full Page ads. Color Glossy Photos will
be accepted with an additional charge.
1. All copy, and advertisement are subject to approval of the Supreme
Convention Executive Committee.
2. Photos supplied must be black and white with a g|lossy finish for full
page ads only. Color photos with glossy finish will he accepted and will
require an additional charge. Each photo submitted will be reviewed for
specific charges.
3. The advertiser agrees to protect the publisher against legal action
based upon libelous statements or unauthorized use of photographs or other
material in connection with advertisements placed in Convention Souvenir
Album.
4. Advertisers must furnish "camera ready" art for ad, if possible. If
"camera ready" art cannot be furnished, a business card, a letterhead or
other printed material mav be useable in the ad (providing it is clean
copy). If no art or printed material is furnished, the ad will be set in type
specified by the committee.
